Once you have canceled your Audible account, any remaining credits terminate with your membership. Navigate to your name at the top right of the Audible and hover your cursor over your name to bring up the drop down menu. "I have found their customer service to be pretty good in the past, but I'm not sure I would blame them if they refused. If you cancel your membership or subscription, you will not receive a refund of any fees already paid. I have refunded the $16.37 back to your payment card, the next 2-3 business days for refund to show on your card. However, depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7-10 days.They're similarly nice when asking for a refund on a book.
