A team of four Brits have won the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge (TWAC), the rowing race from the Canary Islands to Antigua, in 32 days, 12 hours and 35 minutes. The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge sees competitors row 3,000 miles from the Canary Islands to Antigua.Competing team HMS Oardacious has finished the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge on Saturday at 18:23 GMT, after a 3,000-mile (4,828km) row from the Canary Islands to Antigua.The team took  37 days, 6 hours and 40 minutes to complete the row, reaching the finish line in sixth position.The race is considered the world's toughest row and puts the competitors to the test, both mentally and physically.£30,000 Per Year + Company pension scheme and life insuranceSaint Columb Major, Cornwall, United Kingdom£90.00 Per Day + Time and a half for weekendsHMS Oardacious left San Sebastian de la Gomera on 12 December and rowed unsupported across the Atlantic Ocean.More than 30 teams took part in the race.

The Challenge. On December 12th 2019, we will test our endurance, spirit and friendship, as we attempt to row unsupported, 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean to help raise money and awareness for ocean conservation charities including Surfrider Foundation Australia and Marine Conservation UK.
