RTÉ should never have released this app with all the issues it has, what kind of testing regime results gave a thumbs up to release an app that freezes continually, stops halfway through a programme with error message saying it’s unavailable but then allows you to restart the same programme (needing to rewatch all the Ads of course), no Ad-free option to purchase (missing out on revenue if worth purchasing), and only a fraction of the content of the live channels.
