If you want to use two different network names, you’ll need to acquire an additional sync module. The Sync Module serial number is on the back, and begins S/N 2 followed by eight digits. Find a place to put your sync module where you have a strong signal.
Unless Wyze changes their minds on this, there are a couple of workarounds that can be used if you want to keep your base home network unsecured but also provide a secure network for the Wyze. If the sync module was just a node on the network that coordinated the camera feeds and wasn’t the actual access point for the cameras which could connect directly to any active Wifi access point, then this would be much easier. Currently the sensitivity is the same for the Blink and Blink XT. I have disconnected the sync module and reset, turned off/on the modem and moved the sync module around.
