She is sitting in a cell and she is handcuffed to the wall for some reason. She walks out of Litchfield and surrenders herself to an officer outside, who says he'll take her to Max. At the end of season 4, it appears she was accepted by some after Gloria reached out to her. Finally, we get caught up with her, and she’s not in a good place mentally or physically.
