😡 Major fail Shopbop!I know delivery times are affected by COVID. Totally not what you orderI ordered a dress and instead of sending me the dress, they sent me a package with just a return label and NO DRESS. Customer service told me to contact Import taxes service in my country and that the taxes office MAY reimburse me. Extremely misleading.I ordered the lioness blazer. It’s misleading and deceptive. Why would you charge me for the dress is you're not going to send it all?
Don’t bother buying from here. Also all Canadians be aware that they tell you the items are in Cdn $ when in fact they are in U.S. and you pay the exchange on your credit card.They have a mask scam and it’s on another level. All my Farfetch items arrive a good 2-3 weeks before my packages from shopbop. This is the worst shop ever!!! I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't send me the item because it is out of stock. They will send you whatever they like. But it seems the virus has impacted shopbop the hardest. It's a pity that Shopbop services lack of any effectiveness to help customers.Very fast and free shipping to the UK. Can’t comment on returns as haven’t needed it yet.I wanted to order some shoes that are only available in America. I kept asking when will they start shipping my order since this is really unusual to wait for so long. Don’t buy masks from them unless you want the ugly ones instead. I will be sending this item back since they don't charge for returns and will never buy from them again.
When I received my credit card statement I was charged an extra $50 exchange rate even though I was quoted the price in Cdn $. This is aside from 40usd shipping and handling that I was already paying though they did say that it's free international on some amounts like mine. It didn't come with my package so I reached out to customer service and waited 2 days for a return label and still nothing has been received and the representative tells me to try another courier myself since the label HAS to come from the courier and she has no control over it. So I paid for customs up front, where I'm supposed to be able to get a free return in Canada. The customer service did not answer me detailed information but rather tons of templates. I’m currently living in Canada but a US citizen and I will agree with other reviews the info on they’re site about duties and taxes could be more clear. I do recommend this blazer to anyone who wants to upgrade their wardrobe without breaking the bank.I ordered a total amount of 244.65usd but got charged WAYYYY more (27,046yen) about 18usd more. Try Revolve instead, they charge just the exact amount. My invoice said it was in Canadian funds and that shipping was free but duties and taxes were added.
