A heavy vehicle sustained a flat tyre on the range before losing control and crashing into an embankment.

Both drivers have been removed from their vehicles and have been transported to the Cairns Base Hospital with unknown injuries. At one point the dog appears to be startled after getting close to the car’s wheels, and jumps away from the vehicle.
