A Kamloops woman was killed on Wednesday when her motorcycle was struck by a vehicle making an illegal left-hand turn on Highway 5, police say. “Sometimes you know there’s some pre-collision driving behaviour that was not captured on video that somebody might have seen on their dashcam footage or maybe they made an observation,” Halskov added.“We’ll let the investigation take its course and figure all that out in due course.
