Not saying anything bad at all about the Xbox - PS2 - GC but you can get a bunch of incredible Saturn-DC games for less than the cost of one new release game.

On the topic of collecting for the Dreamcast, most of the library is still very reasonably priced, especially compared to the likes of collecting for Nintendo consoles. The next month, Radiant will be worth $150 and a Saturn with 50 games will be $150.00.

You can get a used Saturn with 10 games for about $65. I notice every independent chain I have in my area (not great selection I admit but I have looked at 5+ in the Minneapolis/St. And it sounds like you know a place that still sells Dreamcast games. Sure, there are those rare games, like Giga Wing 2 or Canon Spike , that will cost you upwards of $100, but the majority of Dreamcast games can be had for $20 or less. For example, Twinsticks for the Saturn: $80.
