Cocktails were also very moreish, & we also enjoyed the coffees from the vista bar. Popular attractions Sandy Lane Beach and Mullins Beach are located nearby. Updated: October 1, 2016 Crystal Cove is a premium all-inclusive resort on the west coast of Barbados. Wish I could remember all of the staff I wanted to mention, but one in particular was Michael who sent my stroppy teenage daughter back to the room to change as she was wearing ripped jeans to dinner!! Beach ok at best with some good snorkelling but v small swimming area and not a good beach by Barbados standards. Food is delicious and the Chef will assist with any dietary needs. This mid-sized member of the well-regarded Elegant Hotels group sits above a pretty beach on Barbados' upmarket west coast.
