The texture is a bit rough, but not so much that it's unwieldy or unpleasant. Easy to pick up with any tool. Other than being easy to blend, it also looks well with a variety of other colours, whether warmer or cooler. Probably my favorite ColourPop shadow ever created. I have many of the ColourPop shimmer, satin and matte shades but I chose these four as they all have an incredible multidimensional duochrome finish making them super unique and the swatches are even more incredible in real life. But that doesn't change the fact that the product is too dense for my liking and hard to pick up with a brush. Lasts well on my oily lids. The swatches are just one swipe of my fingertip on unprimed, dry skin and they swatch as if they’re cream eyeshadows rather than powder, and they have a wet look foiled finish when applied to the eyelids.If you haven’t tried the ColourPop eyeshadows yet, I cannot recommend them enough and even if they were priced as highly as the MAC eyeshadows at £14 each, I would genuinely still purchase them as they’re the best single eyeshadows I’ve ever tried.
